WISA Goals

1) to promote Cross-Country skiing and biathlon in schools for all grade levels as individual and team sports on two levels, recreational and competitive, 2) to promote regionalism (decentralization) in state sporting activities and 3) to help provide native and other rural students/athletes with a vehicle for attending college.
